I recently had the good fortune to have Jim Aldrich and Danny Benedetto recommended to me to help me with the sale of my home. My mother had passed away and left us with a difficult reverse mortgage situation that left us no option but to immediately sell. Danny was amazing in both his efforts and his follow-through for us. He is a stand-up human!

After showing us a house that wasn't for us, he followed us to guide us out of the back woods as our car was behaving oddly. Sure enough, it died before we got back to town. Danny drove down to where there was cell service, called AAA, then returned with the message. He then waited with us on the side of the road as it fell dark and started to rain. Good thing too, since the extra car that was supposed to be sent to accommodate our whole family, with dogs, never showed. He drove us, and our dogs, to find a local motel and then went to pick up my husband from the station to which our car was towed. He even looked up our food options without a car in the small town. Then, when we couldn't find a house we liked for him to show us in the area, he referred us to a wonderful agent up further north. She has turned out to be wonderful too, but I've never seen someone I hardly knew go as far above and beyond as did Danny. He even volunteered to borrow his daughter's phone charger if we couldn't get ahold of one at the hotel! Seriously, you are in good hands if you choose to do business with Danny. He is a genuinely caring person!

Danny helped my wife and I purchase a great home in El Dorado. He was not the primary agent but when we had questions, Danny answered questions and guided us through the process. A team player.

My wife and I were from out of the area and needed someone that could help us out in El Dorado county. There are lots of realtors in the Sacramento area, but we really wanted someone from the area we were looking in. Danny did a great job of identifying what we were actually looking for and was intimate with the areas that would have these properties, he didn't try to push things on us that we didn't really want, and took the time to show us numerous properties. We weren't easy to work with, but Danny did a great job of accommodating us and we ended up purchasing the perfect property for us!
